What are your opening hours?
We are open 7am to 11pm, every day. Thomstay coliving guests get 24/7 coworking access.
Do I need to book in advance?
Not required, but message us on WhatsApp (+84 974 750 029) to check today’s seats. We have 22 seats.
Is there a trial or half-day pass?
Yes. The half-day pass is 85,000 VND for up to 4 hours, a good way to try us first.
Do prices include VAT? How can I pay?
All prices include VAT. Pay by cash or bank transfer.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, please eat in our separate dining area rather than at the desks.
Is there parking?
Yes, motorbike and car parking is free.
Is there a printer and lockers?
Yes. Printing is free, and monthly members get a free locker with no deposit.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes. We are happy to look after your pet, but only during set hours. Please contact us directly to arrange it before you come.
Is it heated when it gets cold?
Yes, the workspace is heated on chilly days.

What if I am not happy with it?
